Me,My Life & I

Ok so although my life is great overall and I have very little to complain about,I've been feeling really down lately.

Call it teenage angst and self-pity but it's making me crazy.

I don't know why its happening. June was a good month. Exams are no more and I'm on holiday from school for seven weeks.

My hair situation [alopecia that refuses to decide whether its going or staying] is driving me insane I suppose,but I'm getting more used to dealing with it now and it's not so much in the forefront of my mind.

I have no clue where I am with God though I'm starting to figure that out slowly.

I just feel shit.
No explanation.
I still do that smile like everything's ok thing.
I don't like the attention and questions that come if you don't force a smile across your face.

Urg.
I need a reality check.
Wonder where I'll find it.
Taking a look at the world around me would probably be a good start.

Yes.
I'll start there.
Take in some nature.
Listen to some music.
Read some poetry.
Chillax.
Think about whether I actually have any reason at all to feel this way.

I'll do that.

Ok so this is a tad late.June was a pretty good month.Exams were over,I had a fortnight's holiday in Florida and school finished up for the year.No bad points to report other than the hair piece I'm meant to be getting STILL hasn't arrived,despite the fact that I was told it would have arrived by mid-may.So I'm annoyed about that,but all other areas are good.

Florida

My family's holiday this year was to Orlando,Florida.It was our third time visiting there and by far my favourite of the three trips,even though we didn't visit the disney parks this time round. See my Globe trotting posts for pictures and a day by day break down of what we got up to.

Films

Nothing of interest to report here. No cinema and no purchases.

I seen Armageddon for the first time this month!So:

Armageddon: Far-fetched,action packed and some funny one liners.Enjoyable though not my favourite film of all time.Don't know what all the hype was about to be honest.

Tv

Lost:The finale was mind blowing.Though I think it might have been at the end of may? It was before my last round up anyways.
Heroes: Kinda missed the whole second half of season two. I'll need to do something about that.
The Big Bang Theory:Missed the last two episodes because I was on holiday!
Big Brother: Utter rubbish.

Overall

Overall June was pretty uneventful apart from my holiday. Starting my fifth year timetable was good.
Suspended timetable at the end of term was also good. Got to go on a old Edinburgh history trip one day and visited the castle, the museum and Mary King's Close - which was creepy.Can't imagine people actually ever having lived there. On the other day of the the suspended time table I got to watch films all day. Last day of term saw battle of the bands which was great.
All in all, a good month.
